So when things come up when you search sale (flapper costume, coconut beach accessories, kit's reds fan outfit) does that mean they will be on sale soon?
-because they aren't currently on sale

I think Tracy did a search as "monthly" and came up with these extra items. They will probably be on special for November. Just surprised that their showing up so soon! Might have to get that tobaggon after all....

Laurie is correct, my search was for "monthly" which does not include sale items, only items that have been/are/will be on special.
Last October the Wood Fairy costume was on monthly special. The year before I don't think there was a costume on special in Oct. but the Princess and Hippie costumes went on sale right after Halloween.
It's so hard to predict what is going to go on sale or special and why. Is the Flapper costume almost sold out and they are putting it on special in Nov. to get rid of the last ones? Or is it NOT selling well and they are encouraging its purchase? After the Wood Fairy was on special last Oct. we thought it would be retired soon but it wasn't until this summer that it sold out.
It doesn't look good for the short stories, sadly. I don't understand why a book would ever be retired, even if the associated outfit is retired. Hopefully they aren't retiring the short stories in favor of the Historical Mysteries and similar books yet to come. Of course I think they should just keep everything in every line and retire nothing. [img]wink.gif[/img]
